Maria Gomes holds a BSBA and an
MBA from Western New England University.
Ms.
Gomes has extensive experience in taxation, estate planning and
business valuations. She is involved in litigation support services,
serving as an expert witness and assisting counsel in tax-related
and accounting issues. Ms. Gomes area of expertise lies in tax planning
and consulting for businesses and high-wealth individuals, business
combinations, reorganizations, liquidations and estate planning.
Ms. Gomes also has over fifteen years of teaching experience in
all disciplines of accounting. She has taught at both undergraduate
and graduate levels at several local colleges and universities.
Ms.
Gomes is a member of the MA Society of CPA’s and a fellow
of the American Institute of CPA’S. She is an honored member
of Who’s Who Among Outstanding Americans, Who’s Who
in Finance and Industry and Who’s Who in American Women.
Ms.
Gomes is also highly involved in community work and has served on
several non-profit organization boards including the Board of Governors
for the Wing Memorial Hospital, The Ludlow Chamber of Commerce,
The Ludlow Boys and Girls Club and Community Center and is currently
Chairman of the Board of the Luso Federal Credit Union and the Community
Financial Services Center at Luso Federal, Inc. She also serves
as Chairman of the Board of the Lusitania Institute and has served
as the Governor Appointed Member of the WMECO by Governor William
Weld.

Deborah DaCruz holds a BSBA from Western New England
University.
Ms. DaCruz has over 25 years of public accounting experience. Her expertise lies in small business accounting and taxation along with information technology for small businesses and high-wealth individuals.
Ms. Dacruz is a member of the MA Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. DaCruz is involved in community work and serves on various Local organization boards.

Tracy
Craig P. Tracy has over 20 years of public accounting experience
in the Springfield area. He joined Gomes, DaCruz & Co., P.C.
in September 2005. He concentrates his efforts in small business
accounting and taxation for corporations and individuals.
Mr.
Tracy is a graduate of Western New England University with a Bachelor
of Science in Business Administration. Licensed as a Certified Public
Accountant in the state of Massachusetts in 1990, he is a member
of the MA Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr.
Tracy has been involved in community affairs and has donated time
and effort to many community organizations, including the American
Diabetes Association, The Luso Federal Credit Union and local youth
organizations.
MARK A. GERMAIN, MBA, CPA.CITP - email Mark Germain
Mark Germain holds a BSBA and MBA from Western new England
University. He recently received the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) designation from the AICPA.
Mr. Germain has extensive experience in audit, taxation and information technology. His Concentration is in small Business accounting, taxation and information technology for corporations and individuals.
His designation as a CITP demonstrates his ability to bridge the gap
between business and Information Management.
Mr. Germain is a member of the MA Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants. He
one of the Class of 2011 Business West 40 Under Forty Award Recipients.
He is also a distinguished member of the Cambridge Who's Who.
Mr. Germain is involved in community work and has served on various organizations boards, including The Association for Community Living, The
Children’s Study Home
and The Ludlow Boys and Girls Club and Community Center.
CONNIE
LECOURS, B.S.A., E.A. - email Connie
Lecours
Connie LeCours holds a bachelors degree from American International
College and is an Enrolled Agent for the Internal Revenue Service.
She
has over 30 years of experience, specializing in Individual, Corporate
and Partnerships taxes. Ms LeCours is a member of the National Association
of Enrolled Agents.
Her
non-profit volunteering includes membership in the American Legion
Auxiliary in Belchertown, serving as the local and district treasurer,
St Anne’s parish and teaching CCD and the Vietnam Veterans
of America. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Luso
Federal Credit Union in Ludlow and also chairs their Supervisory
Committee.
She
has been married for 32 years and has two children and four grandchildren.
JEAN
BENNETT, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Mrs. Bennett has been with the firm since 1989. She is currently in our payroll department and assists with office administration.

Mrs. Giroux started with the firm in September 2010. Her
responsibilities include payroll, bookkeeping, tax preparation and various
office administration.
